Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for activity on your account and for every API key issued to it, including jev_live_ and jev_test_ keys. Keep keys secret. Usage authenticated with your key is billed to your balance.

Terms of Service
These terms cover use of Jev API, including email-and-password accounts, API keys, and prepaid credit for System One calls. Jev API is an independent service and is not affiliated with TypeSafe.

Purchased credits are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or cashed out. Credit is a prepaid balance for API usage only. We make exceptions only where the law requires a refund, or for a clear duplicate or erroneous charge.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, attack or disrupt it, publish keys, or submit content you do not have the right to send. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, tries to bypass billing, or puts the platform at risk.
Pricing and availability
Listed prices can change for future purchases. Credit already on your balance keeps the value you paid for. We do not warrant that any model will stay available, or that the API will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided as available.
General
These terms are a general agreement for the service. They do not select a court or country. Mandatory protections that apply where you live still apply. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. See also the Privacy Policy.
